Below you'll find a few of our most frequently asked questions and hopefully this addresses any questions you may have.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We typically have people in the office shipping orders every day of the week. That being said, we do our very best to have a label printed off and the order packaged up within 1-3 business days. Once your order has a label created, you will receive a link to track your package. The mail is picked up Monday through Friday between 2:00-4:00pm PT, if your order is printed after those hours it should be picked up the next business day and will then begin updating.
Can you explain your shipping types?
I'm so glad that you asked, we'd be happy to.
United States: We ship all of the domestic orders via DHL eCommerce's Expedited MAX. That means on average that 95% of America should have orders delivered within 2-3 business days.
Our subscription orders go DHL eCommerce Expedited which is slightly slower than MAX and the time frame is on average 4-6 business days.
International:
International shipping is based on your country. All UK customers have taxes and duties built into their price. Everywhere else you will see whichever options are available to you.
The cheapest method that is used for free shipping on qualifying orders is untracked and uninsured. DHL updates your package up to your country but after that, it is up to your local post office to continue the updates. The time frame varies for this based on your location and your local postal service as they do final delivery.
The next method is Parcel Priority/Standard and is essentially the same as the first type except it comes with tracking to your door. Typically it is a bit quicker than the free method and is much nicer due to the full tracking. The time frame varies for this based on your location and your local postal service as they do final delivery.
The fastest method is the Duties Paid option, it means your order should not get held up in customs. The time frame for this is usually much less than the other two methods as we usually see deliveries to the UK average 6 business days.
Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated?
As soon as a label is printed off for an order, our system will automatically send an email out to you with a tracking link. That being said, it does not mean that your package has already been picked up, but only that it is ready to go and is waiting for the courier to scan it in. We do have orders being picked up Monday through Friday though sometimes it takes a little bit to be scanned in. Please give your package 1-3 business days to update and start showing in the tracking system.
