Happiness Guarantee

We're committed to providing the very best experiences to everyone. To do this, we've created the ZOX Happiness Guarantee (subject to the limitations herein). This is our way of saying we're here, ready to do everything we can to make sure you're happy!

If this is your first time ordering and you're not happy with the quality or overall look of your first three ZOX - we'll give you a full refund. Simply pass them along to someone who'll love them, and reach out to us HERE so we can take care of the refund on our end. If you have any additional unworn and unused ZOX from your first order that you'd like to return for a refund, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. Reach out to our team HERE and we'll get you set up for the return. 

If your first three ZOX aren't the right size, no worries - reach out to us HERE and we'll issue you a store credit. Simply pass them along to someone who'll love them, no return needed. If you have any additional unworn and unused ZOX from your first order to exchange for size, we'll get you set up with a store credit and return.

Note: The Happiness Guarantee does not cover shipping times. If your order arrived outside of an expected delivery window, reach out to our team and we'll do our best to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are only available for clothing and bags. Clothing and bags may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Due to the collectible nature of our products, all ZOX bracelets and accessories are final sale and not eligible for refunds outside of production defects or incorrect shipment. Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of our team. If you have a size concern, please reach out HERE and we'll do our best to help.

Note: While all bracelet and accessory sales are final, we never want you to walk away unhappy. If you're not totally stoked on your order, reach out to our team HERE and we'll see what we can do.

Defects & Incorrect Orders

We stand behind every product we send out. If you received something with a defect or if we shipped you the wrong item, we want to fix it.

In these cases, we'll replace the item as long as stock is available. If the original item is no longer in stock, our team will work with you to find the best alternative - whether that's a similar item or another solution that feels right. Let us know HERE and we'll do our best to help.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Two Year Warranty. This is our guarantee that every ZOX product sold within the United States, Canada, and Mexico is free of production and material defects. This warranty is valid for two years, beginning on the date of purchase from zox.co.

If you believe your ZOX product is defective and was purchased within the last two years, let us know HERE and we'll do our best to help.

Please note: ZOX reserves the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a defect versus normal wear-and-tear. Items that have already been replaced under a previous defect claim or show signs of normal wear are not eligible for an additional replacement.
