Once my ZOX order got missing, it never arrived, so I contacted the Customer Support team. They looked into it and it was indeed missing, so they placed a new order for me. When I got my replacement package safe and sound, one of the Mystery Packs had a Black Star strap in it - Hanai Ohana. It's my 2nd black star strap ever, and I would've never received it had my order not gone missing in the first place. This strap reminds me of my close group of friends where we got each others backs, it's our very own family that's really precious to me.
