While these were primarily made to give to someone else, they are also for those of you who wish someone would say these things to you - they're my way of saying it myself, and they are meant for every single one of you here.

I think a lot of us have struggled at times with not having anyone to speak positivity into our lives - we all go through these dark periods where there are really no friends or family around who can encourage us with words like this.

That's why, I as I wrote the names and cards for all of these, you all were on my heart. That's me saying these words to each of you here - I believe in you, I think you're magnificent, I think you need to remember how far you've come and I think you need to give yourself grace.

Each of you here are amazing human beings that just need a little encouragement now and then - we all do. My hope is that these new little hugs for your wrist encourage you the way I would if I was standing there next to you.
