My first time buying, and I bought quite a few! These are awesome! It is a simple reminder of something positive in my life everyday! I bought some for my daughter, who suffers from depression, and she loves them! My other two kids love them too! Definitely worth the money!

What a lovely little band it is. my daughter loves it, she said it so comfortable to wear.. she suffers with anxiety and said it helps her when she feels stressed/worry. She reads her band a few time and she relaxes... looking at buying her more..

My son needed a pick me up in his 2nd year of college. During the Pandemic the school put many rules in place in order to keep the students safe. I surprised him with (him and I), having matching wrist bands while we are apart and at home, we both wear them every day. 💙
