One Day At A Time - Jill

I bought my first bracelet last year when I saw them at a little gift shop in my town. I’m a traveling X-ray tech and love exploring the new areas I go to. But along with my sense of adventure, I also suffer for anxiety (probably why I try to be adventurous). As soon as I saw your “one day at a time” bracelet, I knew I needed to have it. I literally say that mantra everyday!

But even more special, I bought one for my boyfriend as well. The same one -“one day at a time”. My boyfriend Brendan celebrated his 2 year sobriety journey right around the time I bought the bracelet. We wore them everyday, our signs of our strength and what we’ve been through and still have yet to overcome. I literally feel naked if I forget to put it on!

Brendan hit some trials in his sobriety and unfortunately overdosed in October last year. It has been devastating to say the least and honestly grief is quite a journey on its own. But my bracelet has come to my aid again, bc even in this journey all I can do is take it “one day at a time”. Brendan was buried wearing his bracelet. That is how much that bracelet meant to him. His parents wanted him to keep it with him. That is how much it meant to us.

So thank you for your amazing product, for letting us have whatever strength or reminder we need with us, and keeping us looking good as well.
