My Story Isn't Finished - V

I ordered my bracelet Jan 17th, 2022 and got my bracelet February 1st, 2022. My mental health wasn't the best and despite only being 16 I've struggled with self harm and suicidal ideation since I was 12. I had relapsed here and there so I got myself the bracelet to remind me that despite those bumps in the road I'd gotten better before and that I could do it again. Feb 24th I was taken to the ER and was admitted to a mental hospital for the first time the next day. I had been cutting daily and had considered taking my own life multiple times. Every time I tried I would see my bracelet and I held on a little longer. This bracelet gave me strength to reach out and say something; to finally ask for help. I'm happy to say that I'm 32 days SH free and that I'm doing much better. This bracelet reminds me of everything I've been through and gives me so much comfort because it was the first thing I had bought myself in a long time. My story isn't finished; and it won't be for a long time. Thank you so much.
