<span>I suffered for years with undiagnosed bipolar II, and was literally lost in my head. I had hell’s own time trying to focus, keep jobs, and be a single mom. Those were the lost times. I finally realized I needed some kind of guidance, and admitted to everyone I was ill. I started therapy and medication, and amazingly found me. I wear my strap often to remind of where I’ve been and a reminder to never stop looking.</span>
